Day 3…Innsbruck here we come!

We stayed in Lucerne the second night because it was closer to Innsbruck and in the morning hit the road to drive 3.5 hours to Innsbruck. We stopped in St. Anton on the way for a quick bite to eat.

It’s a cute little ski village but it was pretty deserted in September!

We arrived in Innsbruck and rented bikes again in the middle of the city center. The bikes really are everywhere and only a couple dollars an hour to rent. You only have to download the app and it only takes a few minutes to unlock the bike treasure! We explored the bike path in both directions from Innsbruck and rode along the river most of the time.

Beautiful walking and bike path about 5 miles from Innsburck.

We love bikes, but my parents went on a walking tour they found on viator.com which is an option for those who don’t enjoy riding bikes.

You don’t need a professional bike to get around, these basket bikes can do the job!

We stayed at a hotel with the best location in the city. Download the detailed trip pdf itinerary in the Store for more info! You could literally walk out and be in the middle of the city center. It was perfect!
